About Teens Linked to Care

TLC is designed for young people ages 13–19, combining health education, supportive environments, and access to youth-friendly services. By engaging schools, families, and community partners, TLC equips teens with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to reduce substance use and build a foundation for long-term wellness.
