Enrollment is still open for fall 2024! Please complete your enrollment by filling out the registration form, scholarship form, and submitting your deposit. Your child will be able to begin our program the week after enrollment is confirmed with our staff.
Our K-5 After School Enrichment Program continues to evolve as the needs of the community change. Currently, our sessions are Monday through Friday 2:30-6:00. We provide transportation for students from Cleveland Elementary, Spring Hill Elementary, and Fayetteville Elementary. If your child attends another school, they can still participate in our program, but parents will need to provide transportation.
The program cost is $120 per week. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE. Scholarship applications are HERE. Every family that applies for the scholarship and fills out the DFCS form (we will send to you upon receipt of the scholarship form) will automatically receive the $65 weekly rate.

Pay your After School Registration Deposit for the 2024-2025 school year HERE. Deposits are nonrefundable.

We follow the Fayette County School System Calendar.
If your child is placed in the waiting list and a spot opens up, you will be notified to complete enrollment. If enrollment is finished by noon Friday, your child will begin the ASEP program the Monday of the following week.
FOR EXAMPLE: Johnny was not able to begin the program on August 12. A spot opens up! His enrollment forms are completed, deposit is paid, and he is confirmed as enrolled by Friday August 16 at noon. The school is notified and his parents receive the handbook via email. Johnny will begin the program the following Monday, August 19.
